The enquiry form may collect your name, organisation, email address, phone number, selected service, urgency and the message you provide. Basic technical information such as the submission time and internet address may be processed for security and spam prevention.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to your enquiry, understand the requested service, arrange support and maintain reasonable business records. PCEZ does not sell enquiry information.
Website measurement
Google Analytics or Google Ads measurement may be enabled after the relevant account identifiers are added to the website configuration. These services may use cookies or similar technologies to measure website use and advertising results. Tracking remains disabled while the configuration values are blank.
Third parties and hosting
The website hosting provider and email services may process information as necessary to operate the website and deliver enquiries. Information may also be provided where required by law or with your permission.
Security and retention
Reasonable steps are taken to protect enquiry information. Information is retained only as needed for communication, service delivery, business records and legal obligations.
